All Conduent, LLC AP Workflow Users

In order for all the Conduent, LLC locations to use the Conduent AP Workflow site, we have Internet-enabled this application.  The new URL name is https://acsap.acsbps.com.  There are several settings in Internet Explorer that may need to be changed.  Please follow all the steps below.  Your browser must be 128-bit encryption compatible; you can check this by clicking on Help and "About Internet Explorer" on your Internet Browser.  We strongly recommend that you upgrade your browser to version 6.0 or higher so that all these changes can be made. If you need to upgrade your browser, you can do this online at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/recommended/128bit/default.asp. Choose the correct download according to what you need on your browser and click on the Go to download in the right hand corner.

Internet Explorer (for all versions) Browser Security Settings:

1. Go into "Tools" on the menu bar for your Internet Explorer browser window.

2. Go into "Internet Options"
3. Click the "Advanced" Tab and scroll to the bottom.

                Change "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" to be checked
                Make sure "Warn if changing between secure and not secure mode" is Unchecked

                Click "Apply" and then "OK".

4. Click the "Security Tab"
Check the bottom right of your window to see if you are in local Intranet, or Internet mode.  

Highlight the appropriate icon.

5. Click "Custom Level"

6. Find "Display Mixed Content" and Change to "Enable" (This setting is not available in Windows Internet Explorer 5.5 or lower) 

7. Celebrate because you are done and the site is now secure.
